Chef Trabocchi

 Chef Fabio Trabocchi's second place of his own, Casa Luca, will debut Friday, July 5th in the former Againn space. The restaurant is Italian, but more casual than its sister, Fiola. The restaurant is named for his 9 year old son, who has been working within his restaurant on Saturday's learning the family trade. Chef Isabella

Chef Mike Isabella's Kapnos is set to also debut this Friday, July 5th. They will be serving up spit-fired meats and new spins on Greek classic dishes. It's a big restaurant, with a big bar and a chef's table. Isabella's sandwich spot "G" will open alongside it in a few weeks. Wildwood and Wiedmaier

No... not Wildwood, NJ.
While we know Chef Wiedmaier has just opened at Revel in Atlantic City... A lot closer to his DC home, his group has signed a lease on a new location in the Wildwood Shopping Center in Bethesda, MD on Old Georgetown Road.
The project is in for permitting currently. Joe Spinelli, Alan Sparber and Chris Briscoe of  the Restaurant Consultants, Inc team are helming the Architectural and Food Service Design as well as the permitting and licensing process.
