 We are excited by the buzz around Wildwood Kitchen- we knew it was a special project from the start. Working with Chef Robert Wiedmaier and his team was a great experience.

RCI was proud to be selected as the Food Service Designers and Architectural team for the project. Hapstack Demitrious+ was the creator of the beautiful Interior Design and the construction build out was done by Tech24.

Jogging into Georgetown

Nike is on its way into a huge space at 3040 M Street, NW in the heart of Georgetown. This is the old Barnes and Noble space at the corner of M Street and Thomas Jefferson. Restaurant Consultants are working as consultants to the Architect- Global Arch which is based out of New York. We have assisted in representing Nike at the Commission of Fine Arts Hearings, the ANC 2E hearings and will be managing all permits and licenses. This will be a beautiful new addition to the retail on M Street!

RCI has some exciting new projects in the works.

• We are creating the FOOD SERVICE DESIGN for the cafeteria of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy in Baku, Azerbaijan!
• There's a new Ping Pong Dim Sum going in at 1 Dupont Circle and RCI is doing the code consulting and permitting.
• Tortilla Coast is opening a new location 1460 P Street NW. We are providing the Permitting Services.
