Perfect Patios!

NYC Style Patio at Pearl Dive Palace 14th Street, NW
Perfect Patios- Does your restaurant need one?
They come in all shapes and sizes, with chairs and umbrellas, on personal property and on public space. Each one is different based on the available space, lease allowances, or ANC input. But how do you get the permitting for one?
It is a multi-step process that will include site plans, public space applications, ANC and Public Space hearings and more.
Restaurant Consultants, Inc. has a package approach that can evaluate your location and manage the approval and permitting process.
We have experience with patio permitting of all types including those for leased space and private and public areas.

Breakfast thoughts by Tim Carman

The state of the sit-down breakfast in Washington

April 11, 2012

http://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/food/the-state-of-the-sit-down-breakfast-in-washington/2012/04/09/gIQAFtCO8S_story.html

In yesterday's Washington Post article "Spinelli was a consultant for Starbucks when the chain decided to launch a hot breakfast service in the mid-2000s ... and Starbucks hired Spinelli to secure permits and help retrofit dozens and dozens of locations with coolers and TurboChef ventless ovens."

Thanks to Tim for recognizing Restaurant Consultants, Inc's president Joe Spinelli and providing insight to the Breakfast market in DC.
